Optimeat is engaged in pork, beef, mutton/lamb and poultry, as raw meat and in retail packs, fresh, in refrigerated and frozen condition. Most of the volumes that Optimeat does are comprised by the basic raw meat for processors, cutting plants and canned meat factories, represented by the whole varieties of: carcasses, anatomic pieces bone in and boneless, trimmings, fats and offals. The wholesale sector is supplied with prime cuts and specialties, different packs, along with the above. Optimeat’s group has an EU approved cutting and packing plant, where carcasses and cuts are deboned, portioned and packed for the retail market, as supermarkets, outlets, restaurants, hotels and catering.
Optimeat extended his range of products, along with the logistic facilities, Optimeat covers a more diversified market and today, his portofolio of clients comprises all the market sectors in the field: meat processors from all the categories, wholesalers, chains of supermarkets and hypermarkets (METRO CASH & CARRY, REAL, AUCHAN, CORA…).
The commercial policy of Optimeat continues the basic activity of the company: supplier of raw materials for the meat industry.
