We process belt and sheet material from 0.2 to 6 mm sheet thickness. We have invested in optimised machine units especially for processing aluminium strips, but not only for this purpose. Automatic punching presses, hydraulic presses and eccentric presses with pressing forces up to 3150 kN process belts/coils up to 600 mm wide. Tight dimensional tolerances, high flatness requirements and other technically demanding quality features are produced by us and partly controlled "in line". With our cleaning systems, which use organic, CHC-free cleaning agents in an environmentally friendly manner, we are also able to meet special cleanliness requirements – based on current standards for residual dirt identification. Through responsible management, we ensure that high quality standards – based on customer requirements – are achieved. Flat structures ensure careful, target-oriented and fast implementation of our customer orders.
