Asgard Engineering Ltd; an ISO registered British manufacturer of high quality precision CNC “Swiss” turned components for industry.
With many years of supply chain expertise in Medical & Surgical Devices (incl. implants), Food/Pharma, Pumps, Valves & Flow-Control, Nuclear & Fossil Fuels, Power Generation & Control, Aerospace, Automotive, and Specialty Fasteners. Asgard has the knowledge and capability to produce parts for critical applications & highly demanding environments.
Accuracy is our forte and we regularly produce parts to within 10µm tolerances. We use the most modern sliding-head lathes from STAR and produce incredibly accurate and complex parts; from below 0.5mm diameters; up to 1mtr in length.
All of Asgard’s machines have cross-milling and cross-drilling capabilities and sub spindles; giving the added benefit of reducing cycle times. We work in stainless steel, advanced materials (including high-alloy & duplex materials, such as Inconel) and Titanium.
