About Us

kvm-tec is the Austrian manufacturer of KVM extenders, and the only Austrian manufacturer of KVM extenders and matrix switching systems that has its roots in Austria. KVM extenders are used in projects across the whole world and are needed everywhere where PCs and monitors are installed far away from each other – e.g. where PCs are in the server room and video and USB signals are transmitted to monitors over long distances without delay. The product array at kvm-tec ranges from KVM extenders and IP in full HD up to 4K DP. The KVM extenders are also available as an uncompressed variant in a redundant design, in PoE versions and in 4K, and all additional features for ergonomic workplaces in control centres and control rooms are designed as software features. KVM extenders and the made in Europe matrix switching system can be found all over the world in control centres and control rooms.
