Since 1963 Cavallaro Prodotti Ortofrutticoli has been specialised in the production and wholesale, amongst other things, for hypermarket distribution, of fruit and vegetables, including small silverskin onions, lettuce, pumpkin and fennel. We have for several years specialised in the production and sale of nocerino silverskin onions both in Italy and across Europe. The DOP nocerino white onion comes from Allium Cepa L. bulbs, an onion produced for over 2000 years in the Agro Nocerino region.
